Each product we create is uniquely handmade by our prolific artisans, who put loads of effort into honing each piece. As robust as this process is, there are bound to be certain variations in the finished product's colour, size, and shape. Such unique and identifying traits will not be considered a defect and will not be eligible for return or replacement.
However, sometimes our products might have genuine faults and defects. Under such circumstances, we will take full responsibility for our fault and compensate for our mistakes in the best way possible. We will exchange your product with a replacement or similar product with the equivalent value.
Your purchase is eligible for return or replacement only if it meets the following conditions:
- If an incorrect product was delivered to you, i.e. the product does not match the item description mentioned on the website, or the wrong product is delivered.
- If the product you receive has a genuine quality or manufacturing defect or damage.
Under unforsaken circumstances, if we cannot replace the product, we will refund you the full amount within 7-10 working days after picking up the defective product. However, if the transaction has been made by COD (Cash on Delivery), we will only be able to reimburse you with a credit coupon of equivalent value.
If you find that your complaint meets these criteria above, please send us an email at email@example.com within five days of delivery with the following information:
- Order number
- Delivery address
- A brief reason for the return
- A video or photo of the product while unboxing if you claim to have received a damaged product.
Unfortunately, we will not accept return or replacement requests after five days of the delivery.
